01 — Requirements

  • Prestige Tasks count towards your AC.

  • Participating in events counts towards your AC, no matter your word count.

  • A piece means artwork, writing, collabs or roleplays.

​

  • The below requirements are the minimum!

    • Artwork:

      • Lined, coloured + background. Should be halfbody, simple background at minimum.​

      • Collabs must include your character.

    • Writing:

      • 600 words.​

      • Roleplays must be 600 words for your character, the other character's word count doesn't matter.

02 — Expectations

  • Members WITHOUT HR characters must submit 1 piece within the season.

  • Members WITH HR characters must submit 2 pieces within the season (the expected 1st piece and an ADDITIONAL piece focused solely on their HR character).

  • New characters cannot be brought in during the last month of an AC period (e.g. March-May, cannot bring new characters in during May).

    • If you have joined the group during an AC period, you are exempt from this rule as your AC is not due until the next period!​

    • If you complete your AC, this limit is dropped and you're free to bring in new characters.

03 — Failing an Activity Check

  • For members WITHOUT a HR:

    • If you don’t ask for an extension and fail to complete the AC, you will be marked down with a late strike. If you complete your next AC, the strike will be removed.

    • Failing two ACs in a row without appropriate reasons will result in you being removed from the group.

  • For members WITH a HR:

    • Failing to complete the additional proof of activity for your HR character will result in them becoming frozen. This means they are unable to take part in any events until you have completed your AC.

    • If appropriate proof of activity for your HR character is not provided within two months of the AC deadline, they will be killed off.
