Guidelines

There can only be one prefix per Clan, or one name per Stray.
- E.g. there can't be a Muddypaw & a Muddypuddle in the same clan, just like there can't be two strays named Princess.
- This may be subject to change depending on how many cats we get per Clan!
All Clan cats must follow the Prefixsuffix pattern, unless they have a character ban that enables them to keep their original name (e.g. Stray Heritage). Not every stray joining a clan will want to change their name to suit the standards of the Clan, but be warned that this may result in certain IC consequences (such as being disliked by some of their clanmates).
Compound words are allowed (within reason). If you're unsure if a name is allowed, ask in the #help-desk channel.
Canon warrior names are allowed, but they must not copy the book character's traits (e.g. a Greystripe that's also loud and brave, etc).

Prefixes:
- [ Ghost-, Love-, Wish-, Dream-, etc ] — Abstract nouns, but some can be used for suffixes depending on reasoning.
Suffixes:
- [ -star ] — Reserved for leaders.
- [ -death, -kill, etc ] — Cats usually gain their suffixes after positive skills/traits associated with them, so suffixes with overly negative connotations may not be allowed. This can differ, so feel free to ask in #help-desk or a ticket.
General:
- Overly scientific / complex names.
- [ Dragon, Phoenix, Wisp, etc ] — 'Fantastical' names; cats wouldn't know what these are.

If you'd like to reserve a name, please create a ticket.
- All you have to do is say something like “Can I reserve [blank] for [Clan]” and an admin will add your reservation to the list!
You can have up to 5 reservations allowed at one time. A reservation lasts until a member leaves or they swap out one of their reservations.
